Food was ok, but pricy. I had a hard time with the waitress, looks like she does not understand English. Will not repeat.

The hostess sat us at the bar right away, but then we were ignored by the servers behind the counter. We sat at least 10-15 minutes as if we were invisible. A new customer was then sat by the hostess near us at the bar. He was almost immediately waited on and his order taken. I watched the waitress walk by us again to get this new customer his water. We then walked out without anyone except the hostess acknowledging our presence in the restaurant.

Pretty overprice but what do you expect? It's inside the casino. Food was bland. No flavor.

This was the most disgusting and overpriced Chinese meal I’ve ever had in my life! The prices are outrageous and the food was old and made us queasy. The beef noodles were watery and inedible. Don’t waste your money!!!

This place is always excellent, not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I've probably eating here 20 times and the food is always fantastic

Super delicious and tasty menu with a variety of traditional and American-style Chinese dishes. The Beef Chow Fun is my favorite with the mild but savory sauce combined with their tender flat rice noodles. A great place for dinner or a quick late-night snack!

I ordered the Budda special and it was tasty until I found broccoli with soft white stuff in the stem. I brought it to the attention of the waitress and she looked at it and said "it's just old" did not take it off of the bill or offer any changes. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Service was rude, food was awful. I asked if could order to go bc they were packed and was told no only to see another customer as I was being seated getting take out. Ran out of drink and never refilled and when i finally got someones attention was told to wait.

I'm not sure why the reviews aren't better. We eat here at least once during every casino visit. One trip we ate here 3 nights in a row. We LOVE it!

They served me twice cooked chicken, it was hard as a rock. The server got angry and never offered me another meal. And my husbands meal came out 10 minutes later appetizers came after the meal, not acceptable. Rude waitress. No recourse. Used to be my favorite place, not anymore.

Our service contrary to the other reviews was actually very good and our waitress was on top of things. I agree they did not speak English super well but this is the south and sadly we are used to people coming from Mexico and not bothering to learn our language so I can at least feel comfortable with understanding our waitress.Food was an 8 out of 10. We got the pad Thai. Best pad Thai I've had. Egg roll was a 6.5 out of 10. Good but not fantastic.Prices are high. It cost us both $60 with tip for two pad Thai and two egg rolls. Unsure if we will go back but I think it's awesome Asian food is available inside the casino. The shrimp tasted fresh!

The eggplant beef is not fully cooked. We asked the waitress to redo it but the dish is totally another taste when it comes back. We pleased them to redo it again. The waitress just poured all the dish to the sink and asked us to cancel that order. The service is super rude. They don’t care their reputation at all!

This place is the reel deal when it comes to the food. Every time we come to play i eat here at least once. The service is ok at best. But for me the general choes sea food is the best i ever had.

Yummy noodles and great decorations

A vegetarian lo mein dish at $15 was steep so I expected it to be spectacular. The broccoli in my dish was still cold. Trust me, the local Chinese joint in my neighborhood in Atlanta serves this dish for $8 and all the vegetables are steaming hot... Overpriced and lacks attention to detail. They need to r ad on ye reviews and get it together.

Average Asian cuisine. High price, but I think it's the location.Waitress didn't seem to speak English, except for numbers.

Way overpriced for the food they give you! You hardly get any meat but tons of veggies. Also was charged $10 for fried rice...will not return or recommend when visiting Harrah's.

Very expensive soups and it tastes like water

Got the shrimp pat tiy. Best I ever had. Lots of shrimp noddles were good and had just enife spice. Generious with there Plates. We eat there two nights out of the three.

I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and I’ve never had more peanuts than chicken before. The dish only took 90 seconds to come out but I wish they took their time. It felt like a wet ear lobe My gf order wonton soup, she told the server she doesn’t eat pork but we found out the wonton contains only pork after it arrived. The broth resembles a diners dish water, pale and flavorless.Spring rolls were solid

I can’t believe this restaurant exists. If you want to be served overpriced, reheated food go for it! Did I mention the customer service is horrible. When you politely complain they will literally tell you “There’s now nothing we can do for you”. Who does that!?

No egg rolls that do not contain shrimp. Will not substitute noddle for rice or if they do it would of been 24.00 instead of 19 for beef and broccoli. No place to place a to go order with out standing at the end of the counter where food is being prepared as they are taking your order. I didn’t t eat just went some where else.

Why is the Cherokee casino still allowing them to be open.. Food no good. Service no good.

The worst food we ever had. The service was horrible, the disgusting food is very overpriced. The chicken in my meal looked exactly like McDonald’s chicken nuggets and tasted worse, could barley bite into it. My husband and I only ate a few bites and felt sick the rest of the evening. Do not waste your money.

Probably the best place to eat in Cherokee.

Good flavor but I think little pricey for noodles.

Really good food, but the prices are kind of high for a fast-casual, eat at the bar kind of place, I thought. It’s in a big casino resort and hotel and it’s a little cramped and uncomfortable. We had the chef’s special fried rice- pork, shrimp, chicken- and we split this meal and ate every bite. It was great. We had soft drinks but the service was terrific and they kept refilling my drink. I like most things about this place but there’s enough wrong about it to give it a 4 instead of a 5. I’ll give it another shot maybe tomorrow, as we’re staying here a few days.

Rudest service I have ever had, EVERY time I come there.

I love this place. Great noodle soup and pot stickers. There chicken wings are good just one of my favorite spots. I have never had a bad experience and we go on a regular basis.

I ordered wonton soup. It was nasty and on top of that there was chewing gum in it. I thought the flavor was weird because it tasted minty. The f'ed up thing was when my husband told the owner she didn't care and didn't want to refund our money. She finally gave us credit because they kept going back and forth arguing. Anyway, don't go here! Service is crappy and their food taste like $h!t

Anyone that doesn't like this place probably loves sweet and sour chicken on Chinese buffets! The pho is super awesome. The service is very efficient. I always look forward to going and I go multiple times. This isn't really the place for people that prefer American Chinese food.

Contrary to other reviews I’ve always had very attentive service. The food however is just ok.
